its the same width, 16:10 has some extra room up at the top and bottom.

Wow what a terrible review. This guy doesn’t know what he’s talking about. Probably has never heard of an IPS panel.
Ghosting is not the problem anymore for IPS or PVA panels if used for gaming but imput lag is, especially for PVA panels. For the rest any PVA or TN panel will kick this monitors butt. The Dell 2209WA is a cheap 22″ E-IPS monitor wich I can recommend to anyone.
i have never seen a negative review from tigerdirect blog. they have no credibility because of it.
